Breathwork Voyage
This is a five-week group limited to 8 people only
Breathwork Voyage is an invitation to reconnect with your body through your breath. This 5-week, in-person, closed-group breathwork program is designed to help you uncover layers of yourself and find freedom in being you, in your body.
Whether you’re familiar with breathwork or it’s something new, this program invites you to explore how the breath can serve as a doorway to deeper connection, clarity, and transformation with yourself and the world around you.
We will intentionally shift the focus from the mind and into the body, becoming more in tune with the inner landscape, and how the body tells its own story.
Using the conscious connected breath, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation tools, I will guide you through your personal process of reclaiming your authenticity. Each session will be building on the previous one, and each week will be focused around a theme, representing the stages of awareness, acceptance, expression, truth, and embodiment.
We’ll work together to clear the way for shifts to take place, setting the stage for transformation to be anchored in your body, your breath, and your everyday life. Ultimately, this is a journey of reclaiming your authentic self, your voice, and your connection to your body with presence, grace, and compassion.
Week 1: Awareness
In the first week, the intention is to build a foundation of awareness and grounded presence. We begin to recognise the connection between body and mind and we start training the mind to understand the language the body uses to express itself.
Week 2: Acceptance
The second week focuses on acceptance and learning to meet whatever surfaces for you in this present moment. Acceptance is the key to clearing space and opening the door to self-love and self-compassion whether it’s for who we are, what we have done, or what has been done to us.
Week 3: Expression
In the third week, we explore expression. This week is about moving what has been stuck in the body for too long and it is still shielded. It’s about giving yourself permission to feel and express creating the space for emotional freedom.
Week 4: Truth
The fourth week is where we craft a new path, unique to you, where you have the freedom to give shape to experience your own truth and transformation from a place of clarity, self love and pure awareness.
Week 5: Embodiment
The final week is about embodying your truth, your transformation, and your new path. The intention is to experience and sense the shifts, allowing them to take new shape and solidify in your body, creating a new, grounded foundation.
Why is working with the body important?
The body is our foundation for experiencing and processing life, it holds our emotions, memories, and energy, and is often experiencing truths that the mind overlooks. A deeper connection to the body has the potential to unlock our own inner resources to remember how it feels to live life fully.
Program Structure
5 Session Dates: October 5th; October 12th; October 19th; October 26th; November 2nd
What to expect:
1 x 30-minute 1:1 initial consultation prior to the program start date
5 x 2-hour 15-minute in-person sessions each week with the same group (up to 8 people)
1 x 30-minute 1:1 integration call at the end of the program
Daily practices throughout the 5 weeks to stay grounded and embody every step of the process
A community space for questions, reflections, and support throughout the program
Each live session includes:
Landing and grounding
Opening of the space and sharing
Body led practice (somatics, inner child work, movement, tension release)
50-minute conscious connected breathwork
Sharing circle and closing
What to Bring:
Curiosity, playfulness and appetite to explore.
Loose, comfortable clothing
A water bottle
A journal if you’d like to jot down any insights afterwards
A light stomach—breathing is easier when you’re not too full!
