Join us for a half day embodiment experience at Soma Stoke Newington. We will dive deep into the connection between body, mind, and emotions. Through a blend of yoga and concious connected breathwork, we will explore the emotional landscapes within us, releasing tension and finding inner peace.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi and breather or new to the practice, this event is open to all levels. Come as you are and be ready to connect with yourself on a deeper level. Let's breathe, move, and explore our emotional landscapes together.

What to Expect:
The session lasts 4 hours and begins with a grounding introduction to prepare your body. Then, you’ll be guided to an hour long yoga session to fully open up. You will have a well earned break and come back to lie down and embark on your breathwork journey, all while being supported by carefully selected music.

We’ll take time for integration and sharing, bringing this experience to a close together.
Throughout, we prioritize safety and embodiment, with facilitators on hand to support you.

Bodywork is available during the breathwork session — always optional and entirely up to you. (You always have a voice and a choice)

What to Bring:
• Curiosity, playfulness and appetite to explore.
• Loose, comfortable clothing that allow you to move freely
• A water bottle
• A journal if you’d like to jot down any insights afterwards
• A light stomach—breathing is easier when you’re not too full! Feel free to bring snacks for the break!
